In order for us to analyze your product line and determine if you are a good fit for our craft vendor court, please upload files outlining the following information:

  • A list of your products / services, complete with prices.
  • Photos of your items (please try to include multiple products in a single file or document, please don't flood these fields with individual product pictures).
  • Photos of your booth, including the frontage as well as the inside
  • The same information for any other vendor that will be sharing your space

There is a combined limit of 8MB for all files attached to your application

Please optimize any images for web viewing prior to uploading them to our application form. Images should be around 1500 x 1500 pixels. If you are looking for a tool to resize your images, try Pixlr.

Please note that we will be short-listing more vendors than we will have booth space for. Even if you are short-listed to compete within the next auction process, you are not guaranteed to be given a booth.

Tier One Auction and Bidding

All vendors will be able to place bids at this time for the premier Tier One booths using their auction system login. Vendors can place as many bids as they like until the end of the bidding period.

Vendor coordinator will contact successful bidders to determine booth placement. Vendors will have the option to purchase a double booth for double their bid at this time (based on availability)

Local Handcrafted Tier Auction and Bidding

Vendors that have been permitted to compete in this tier will login to our auction system and place their bids at this time.

Tier Two Auction and Bidding

All vendors, including any vendors that were unsuccessful in securing a spot in the Tier One auction, will be permitted to participate in the Tier Two auction bidding.
